Terms of Service

These terms are between you and MPW Management Services Limited, trading as FPL Dugout ("we", "us"), who provide the FPL Dugout service.

1. The service

FPL Dugout is a fantasy football decision-support service. It produces projections, ratings, briefings and recommendations to help you decide what to do with your fantasy team. You remain responsible for every decision you make in your own fantasy game.

Football outcomes are uncertain. Player fitness, injury status, rotation and selection can change at any time, including after we publish an analysis. Projections and ratings are estimates produced by models. Recommendations do not guarantee fantasy points, rank, prizes or any other result.

2. Independent status

FPL Dugout is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League or Fantrax. All third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@fpldugout.app if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
• Do not use the service fraudulently or to impersonate someone else.

4. Imports from other fantasy services

Classic FPL, FPL Draft and Fantrax imports are read-only. We retrieve the information needed to analyse your team. We do not make transfers, waiver claims, trades, chip plays or lineup changes inside those services, and we never ask for your password on those services.

You should only import team or league information you are entitled to access, and you must follow the terms of the third-party service you are importing from.

5. Third-party availability

External platforms, data feeds and APIs are outside our control. They may change, apply rate limits, alter their data structures or become unavailable, which can delay or prevent imports, refreshes and some analysis.

6. Free and paid plans

FPL Dugout offers a free level and paid products, currently Pro Monthly and the Season Pass, with further plans possible in future. Current prices, features and limits are presented on the Pricing page and at checkout, and those are the terms that apply to your purchase.

Pro Monthly

Pro Monthly is a recurring subscription billed every month through our payment provider. It renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account, which opens the payment provider's secure billing portal. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account returns to the free level.

Season Pass

The Season Pass is a one-off purchase, not a recurring subscription. It is charged once and does not renew automatically. Access lasts for the entitlement period shown at checkout, after which your account returns to the free level unless you buy again.

7. Payment

The price is shown before you confirm your purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe as our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card details. We may change prices in future — changes apply to new purchases and, for recurring subscriptions, to renewals after we have given you notice. We do not reprice purchases retrospectively.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the billing portal linked from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by these terms. If you are a UK or EU consumer you may have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content or services; where you ask us to start supplying the service immediately during that period, that right can be lost or reduced once supply has begun, in line with consumer law. If something is not as described, faulty or not provided, contact support@fpldugout.app and we will deal with it fairly and in accordance with the law.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

• access accounts, data or areas of the service without authorisation
• interfere with security, authentication or availability
• bypass or attempt to bypass feature limits or subscription entitlements
• introduce malicious code
• place unreasonable automated load on the service or its data sources
• systematically extract, scrape, republish or resell our recommendations or data
• use the service for unlawful purposes

10. Recommendation and data disclaimer

• Projected points and expected minutes are estimates, not predictions of fact.
• Fixture ratings are analytical opinions produced by our models.
• Player availability, injury and suspension status can change at short notice.
• Third-party data can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect.
• Always check late-breaking team news before your deadline; our analysis does not replace your own judgement.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep FPL Dugout available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, outages, third-party failures and feature changes can all affect availability. Where we make a change that materially reduces a paid feature you have bought, we will tell you and, where appropriate, offer a fair remedy such as a pro-rata refund.

12. Intellectual property

Our software, interface, branding, original written content, recommendation methodologies and original data structures belong to MPW Management Services Limited or its licensors. We do not claim ownership of third-party football data, trademarks or other third-party intellectual property.

You may use the service for your own personal fantasy football purposes and may share individual screenshots or recommendations reasonably, for example with your league. Systematic scraping, bulk reproduction, resale or commercial exploitation is not permitted without our written consent.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using FPL Dugout at any time and can delete your account from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access where there is serious abuse, fraud, a security threat, or a substantial breach of these terms. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will warn you first and, if we end a paid plan other than for your breach, refund the unused portion.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, and our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

In particular, we are not liable simply because a recommendation, projection or rating did not lead to a successful fantasy football outcome.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The "last updated" date will change. For material changes that affect paid customers we will give reasonable advance notice, and you may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not accept it.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
