EPL Fixture Ticker — next 6 gameweeks

One score never described a fixture properly, so every cell is now rated on three axes — attacking opportunity, clean-sheet opportunity and defensive-contribution opportunity — from the same expected-goals team strengths that drive our player projections. Each cell shows its confidence and provenance; we never invent fixtures and never present a static FDR as gospel.

Fixtures become more useful when they're connected to your squad

Import your fantasy team and FPL Dugout can use upcoming fixtures alongside player quality, expected minutes, form and other signals to identify the decisions that matter to you.

The fixture ticker itself is free and stays free — Pro adds unlimited squad analysis, chip planning and an ad-free experience.

How to use the Fixture Ticker

  1. Sort by easiest run to surface teams entering a green patch — ideal transfer-in targets for FPL or draft waiver claims.
  2. Tap or hover any cell to see the rationale, confidence and top players-to-watch. The dot colour signals data provenance.
  3. Signed-in users can save a squad in Setup to highlight your teams in orange and surface captain / transfer calls.

How fixture difficulty is calculated

We blend opponent strength (derived from player tiers and recent form), home/away advantage, and the rated team's own attacking and defensive form. The result is a 1–5 score with separate attacking and defensive splits for Pro users.

Every rating carries a confidence percentage and a provenance label: confirmed (full inputs), partial (some inputs missing) or fallback (heavy reliance on neutral baselines). Fixtures that are not yet in the data snapshot are shown as TBC and never counted in run averages.

Supports Draft decisions

Draft managers can identify free-agent targets on green runs with the Draft Waiver Guide and find direct swaps in the Player Replacement Finder. Difficulty ratings are format-agnostic so the same signals apply.

FAQ

How is fixture difficulty calculated?
Each rating blends opponent strength (from player tiers and recent form), home/away advantage, and the rated team's own attacking and defensive form. We never use a static FDR alone — every cell shows confidence and provenance so you can see how much to trust it.
Why are some fixtures shown as TBC?
We only display fixtures that are confirmed in the active data snapshot. If fewer than six fixtures are confirmed for a team, the remaining cells render as TBC with no difficulty rating.
Is the Fixture Ticker free?
Yes. The full ticker, overall difficulty and two players-to-watch per team are free. Pro unlocks the attacking/defensive split, full reasoning, differential and captaincy picks, and personalised squad impact.
Does it work for Draft fantasy football?
Yes. Difficulty ratings are format-agnostic. Draft managers can pair the ticker with the Player Replacement Finder and Draft Waiver guide to target free-agent additions on good runs.
