Bench boost only pays off when all 15 players start and at least the back-up GK and bench defenders have realistic clean sheet upside. A 'standard' gameweek bench boost rarely returns the chip.
When To Activate
- Double gameweeks where bench players have two fixtures.
- All bench players nailed starters with positive fixtures.
- At least one bench player with attacking returns potential.
